Career Opportunities

Many Scrum Master job descriptions are looking for several years of experience with Scrum, however Service leavers with team leadership experience and knowledge of an agile environment alongside this CSM qualification have some of this relevant experience. While there are no guarantees, we have seen service leaders become excellent Scrum Masters.

Service leavers moving into engineering (software, hardware, mechanical etc.) would also benefit from gaining a Certified ScrumMaster® qualification. This would give you the knowledge and skills to be an effective part of a Scrum team and could offer the potential to transition to a Scrum Master role.

The training is ideal for Managers leading or working within project teams, particularly within an agile working environment.

Adzuna.co.uk currently shows over 5,000 roles across the UK requiring scrum experience, with an average salary of £68k.
