Lean Six Sigma is a process improvement methodology that relies on team effort to improve service delivery through removal of waste. It is used in most industries and improvement of quality in administrative and service environments, as well as in Operational and Manufacturing processes.
The Green Belt Foundation Course is delivered in accordance with the ISO 13053 Standards.
It provides the knowledge and understanding to perform at a middle management level within a Lean environment.

Please note: The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt qualification and the ILM Level 5 Certificate in Service Improvement; Assessment and Certification are conducted and achieved by means of a work based assignment to be completed following the course.
Eligibility
This course is open to anyone who would like to gain an understanding of Lean Six Sigma and how the methodology is implemented in the workplace. Whilst there are no entry requirements, all candidates must be able to commit to an element of self-study and production of material in your own time. There is a requirement produce a Business Improvement Plan after the course has finished and candidates must be prepared to work hard to complete this on time.Course Content

Virtual Classroom Training:
The Trainer will deliver this course using a webinar platform to the same classroom sized group. You will be able to fully interact with the Trainer and the group, participate in group discussions and breakout rooms, view videos and boards, and have a very similar experience to that of classroom training. In order to attend the training online, you will need access to a laptop or PC ideally at home, which has no firewall restrictions. Your laptop or desktop should have a microphone and speakers so that you can continue to interact with the Instructor, as you would within the classroom environment. Please note a tablet or iPad are not suitable for attending training.
